In order to provide everyone with a better scientific exchange platform, this site has specially created a concise discussion community. On the occasion of observing the annular solar eclipse, it is officially open to the general readers.

The forum focuses on quality and does not crave functional diversity or a flashy interface. Therefore, instead of using bloated programs like DZ or Phpbb, we chose BBpress, which is “slightly stronger than a guestbook but much weaker than DZ.” The webmaster believes that this program is already sufficient to meet our daily needs. As for the issue of familiarity, I believe that as long as everyone spends about ten minutes, they will quickly become familiar with it.
The forum software and the Scientific Space blog’s member data are not integrated, so all members need to register once. Note that you must use a real email address for registration, as it will be used to receive the default password (to prevent spam registration; you can change to a new password after logging in with the default one).
Everyone is welcome to participate actively and provide valuable suggestions. The forum will continue to be modified and improved in the future based on everyone’s requirements and needs.
There is still one week before the webmaster starts winter break. After the winter break, I will spend more time on science and the website.
