However, it is not as easy when using an external network or being at home. Another situation is at the end of the semester when students go home and want to know their grades early. Generally, we visit http://jwc.scnu.edu.cn to check; this website can be logged into both on and off campus, but usually, for grade entry purposes, the grade inquiry function is turned off for a period of time. In fact, most grades have already been entered. When on the campus network, anxious friends can visit http://222.201.93.5:211 to check, but this URL is not available off-campus. The VPN channel is opened for these off-campus needs.
The method of use is very simple. Open:

Enter your campus card account and password to log in. After logging in, various internal network links will appear, including library resources, the Academic Affairs System, etc.
For students anxious to check their grades, as mentioned earlier, the
internal network can be accessed via:

After logging into the VPN, the external network can access it

Note that the field (cfvpajnqzzqpu445o4igou55) may change; it depends on the actual field displayed when we access http://222.201.93.5:211 internally.
In fact, if South China Normal University simply changed the port number of the grade inquiry server 222.201.93.5 to 80, off-campus students could use their campus network account to log into the school’s VPN channel (https://121.8.171.37), enter the internal network, and then access this server to check grades. However, because the server’s port number is 211, even if you enter 222.201.93.5:211, it will still access port 80 by default, so an error occurs when opening it.
