40 years ago, which was July 16, 1979, on American soil, a great feat was about to be immortalized. The Saturn V rocket carrying the Apollo 11 lunar spacecraft began its 8-day journey to the moon. The astronauts participating in this flight were Armstrong, Collins, and Aldrin. After 4 days of flight adjustments, humans finally set foot on the moon on July 20, 1979.
Today, although there are still voices of doubt, this moon landing has been recognized by everyone and has undoubtedly become a great milestone in the history of spaceflight!
